A lot of performance – little space

The latest, cutting-edge powertrains are increasingly being designed and manufactured under this motto. On the one hand, compact drive solutions ensure a highly dynamic, powerful drive pack with high power density and, on the other hand, feature outstanding energy and resource efficiency.
This means that mechanical drive components such as shaft couplings, which are important integral components in these drive trains, need to be built more and more compactly as well as setting an example in terms of rotational inertia reduction.
 

Minimal overall length

As a result of the extremely compact design of the Spinplus, the installation of this backlash-free compensating coupling is easy in only very limited applications. Additionally designed in length-optimised Version B, the overall length of this coupling can be reduced to a minimum. For example, the Spinplus coupling in size SP 10-B (nominal torque of 10 Nm) has an overall length of just 28 mm with an outer diameter of 39.5 mm.
