Cam limit switches
Due to safety issues, lifting devices and stage control systems place special demands on machinery and machine elements. Owing to its precision, the Controlflex coupling is used as a connecting element for rotary encoders and cam limit switches in these areas of application. Equipped with additional positive locking in the form of a feather key groove in tolerance P9 and fail-safe with an anti-rotation device, it meets the highest safety requirements of this industry.
Densitometry
During offset printing, the printed sheet is constantly checked visually. Densitometry is a process in which a sensor quantitatively measures colour density at different measurement positions. As a result of these measurements, the ink layer thickness can be adjusted during the printing process so as to influence colour impression and, thus, the overall quality of the printed product. In the drive of the sensor head, the Controlflex coupling ensures that each measuring point is approached precisely along the travel path.
